A nutritious home-made delicious recipe made a spinach, methi, dill, and moong dal. This dish is a great source of iron, vitamins, and minerals. Serve this side dish with dal, roti, or rice for a perfect meal.


  • 1 Bowl Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Cup Methi Leaves
  • 1 Cup Dil
  • 1 Cup Soaked Moong Dal
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Green Chili Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste


Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan & add 1 cup chopped onions and fry it well.

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and mix well.

Step 3

Add 1 1/2 tablespoon green chili paste, 1 cup methi leaves, 1 cup dill, chopped spinach, and 1 teaspoon salt, and add 1 cup soaked moong dal. Mix well and close the lid.

Step 4

Open the lid and stir it well. Cook until all the water reduces. Mix well and make sure there is no water.

Step 5

Turn off the stove and enjoy with roti.
