Ingredients

  • 3 Boiled & Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Ghee
  • 3 Teaspoons Jeera
  • 1 Teaspoon Roughly Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method

Step 1

Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan. Add 3 teaspoons of jeera, 1 teaspoon roughly chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds, and sauté well.

Step 2

Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon jeera powder, 1 teaspoon amchur powder, and mix well.

Step 3

Now, add 3 boiled and chopped potatoes. Slowly mix the potatoes and add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Serve it hot and enjoy.
