This dessert is so easy to make that even a child could make it. The oven is not needed to make this pie and it will just take 5 minutes to make this yummy pie.
Ingredients
- 1 Tin Mango Pulp
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 5 Teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Packets Gelatin
- 2 Gram Cracker Pie Crust
Method
Step 1
In a blender, add 1 tin mango pulp, 8 oz cream cheese, 8 oz cool whip, 5 teaspoons sugar, and mix it smooth.
Step 2
Mix gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water and put in microwave for 30 seconds. Add this to the mango mixture and blend until it mixes well.
Step 3
Quickly transfer this to the 2 crusts and refrigerate and let the pie sit for 6 hours.
