This Soybean granules fried rice is packed with proteins and fiber from the Soybean, vitamins from the Veggies, and carbs from the rice. Soy protein is rich in B vitamins and Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, and iron. Serve this nutritious fried rice with curd or Cucumber raita.
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- 1/2 Cup Spring Onions
- 2 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Cup Veggies (Peas, Carrot, Broccoli)
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1/4 Cup Beans
- 1/4 Cup Soya Granules
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Fried Rice Masala
- 2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1 Cup Rice
- Salt as per taste
Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 cup spring onions, and sauté well.
Add 2 chopped green chilies, 1 cup of veggies (Peas, Carrot, Broccoli), 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup beans, and sauté well.
Add 1/4 cup cooked soya granules, sauté everything well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon fried rice masala, and mix well. Add 2 tablespoon soya sauce and sauté well.
Add 1 Cup Rice, sauté well. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
Garnish it with spring onions greens.
