Tandoori Gobi Tikka or Tandoori Cauliflower Tikka is a spicy Indian baked/grilled dish with cauliflower florets marinated and roasted mixture of yogurt and some aromatic, exotic Indian tandoori spices. It is the perfect vegetarian appetizer you can serve at any party or even as an evening snack along with chai or coffee.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Curd
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
- A Pinch of Orange Red Color
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Gram Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons curs, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder, a pinch of orange-red color, 1 & 1/2 tablespoon gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon Kasuri methi and mix well.
Step 2
Now add gobi florets and mix well. Keep them aside for 1 hour.
Step 3
Spray the grill and add the marinated gobi florets. Spray little oil on gobi.
Step 4
Turn the gobi after 30 seconds and grill the gobi for 2 minutes. Take them out and serve hot.
Step 5
Spray the air fryer and add the gobi florets in the fryer.
Step 6
Close the air fryer, set the temperature to 380º, and set the time for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Turn the gobi after 5 minutes. Spray oil and close the fryer.
Step 8
Take them out from the fryer and serve hot.
