Deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs where the yolk is mixed with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. The little sprinkle of paprika on top is the perfect finishing touch.
Ingredients
- 3 Boiled Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- Paprika
- Dill for Garnish
Method
Step 1
Boil 3 eggs and take the skin off.
Step 2
Cut them into half and separate the yolk from the egg into the bowl.
Step 3
Mash the yolk with a fork and add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/8th teaspoon salt, 1/8th teaspoon pepper powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the yolk mixture to the piping bag.
Step 5
Pipe the mixture into egg white halves.
Step 6
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with dill leaves.
