This crispy, healthy and tasty korameenu fish fry is a popular and favorite non-vegetarian dish in the Andhra area. Basically, fish is a portion of good food with a lot of nutritional and medical benefits.
Ingredients
- 500 Grams Korameenu Fish
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kabab Masala
- 1 Lemon
- Oil for Frying
Method
Step 1
Take 500 grams of fish in a bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon kabab masala, 1 lemon juice. Mix well and marinate it for 2 hours.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add fish pieces in hot oil. Fry the fish on medium flame until the fish brown and crispy.
Step 3
Take them out and serve hot.
