Apollo fish is a starter dish in many restaurants. This is very easy to prepare at home. This is prepared with boneless fillets.
Ingredients (For Fish Marination)
- 200 Grams Fish
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoon Maida
- 2 Tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- A pinch of Orange Red Color
Ingredients (For Seasoning)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 3 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- 2 Tablespoon Spring Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Chilies
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
Method
Step 1
Take 200 grams fish in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 egg, 2 tablespoon maida, 2 tablespoon cornflour, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, A pinch of Orange-Red Color & mix well. Marinate the fish for 30 min.
Step 2
Fry the fish like pakoda or until golden brown.
Step 3
In a Kadai, heat 1 tablespoon oil & 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped green chilies, 2 tablespoon spring onions, add curry leaves and stir it for 1 minute.
Step 4
Now add 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder and mix well.
Step 5
Add 1/2 cup curd, mix well and cook for 30 seconds, add fried fish and mix well.
Step 6
Add lemon juice, add coriander leaves, mix it well and make sure all the sauce dries out.
Step 7
Turn off the stove, enjoy the delicious Apollo fish.
