Chicken Majestic – is a dry chicken appetizer recipe straight from the take out joints of Hyderabad, India, but home-made. It’s fried chicken coated in a spicy, tangy yogurt-based sauce.
- 500 Grams Chicken
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Egg
- 5 Tablespoons Corn Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 10-15 Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Mint
- 6 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 3/4 Cup Curd
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 4 Green Chilies
- 10 Curry Leaves
Take 500 grams of boneless chicken and cut it into strips.
In the same bowl, add pepper powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoon cornflour, add one egg and mix well, marinate it for 30 minutes.
Fry the chicken strips in hot oil.
Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil and add chopped garlic, sauté it for 30 seconds.
Add green chilies, curry leaves, cashew nuts, and sauté for 1 minute
Add mint leaves and mix well, add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, chili powder, curd, and mix well.
Add chicken pieces and fry until it becomes dry.
Add chopped cilantro and mix well. Serve hot and Enjoy.
