Delicious Sesame Fish 65 which tastes so yummy. It is perfect as an appetizer for parties as well. This will be your kid’s favorite.

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Fish
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 Tablespoon Maida (All Purpose Flour)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 10 Onion Petals
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger Garlic
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Yellow & Green Capsicum
  • 2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce

Method

Step 1

Take 15 grams of boneless tilapia (any fish).

Step 2

Add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste, one tablespoon turmeric powder, one tablespoon cornflour, one tablespoon maida, one tablespoon salt, one egg white, one tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated fish until golden brown and keep aside.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic and fry them.

Step 5

Add chopped green chilies & add ten onion Petals and sauté it.

Step 6

Add green and yellow capsicum cubes sauté it.

Step 7

Add two tablespoons of sesame seeds and add fried fish and sauté.

Step 8

Add one tablespoon red Chili sauce and two tables spoon soya sauce. Mix well.

Step 9

Add one tablespoon tomato sauce and sauté it for a minute.

Step 10

Turn off the stove and serve hot.
