Egg masala fry is one of the best and easiest forms of egg recipe made with just onions and eggs, and no other ingredients are required to make the egg curry. This side dish is not that suitable with rice but very much a good accompaniment with chapati.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Sliced Onions
- 4 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Kabab Masala
Method
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 2 sliced onions, 4 chopped green chilies. Sauté well.
Step 2
Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Open the lid and sauté well.
Step 3
Close the lid and cook until onions are light golden brown.
Step 4
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic powder, and mix well.
Step 5
Add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon kabab masala, and mix well.
Step 6
Add 4 eggs to the onion masala, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Slowly separate the eggs with a spatula. Turn the egg slowly to the other side and cook well.
Step 8
Once the egg is well done, take the egg to the serving plate and enjoy.
