Tasty fusion dessert recipe made with custard powder and dry fruits. It is a super tasty and creamy dessert recipe that can be easily shared with friends and family for any type of occasion and celebration.
Ingredients
- 1 Liter Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Saffron Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Khoya
- 1/2 Cup Dry Fruits Powder
- 4 Teaspoons Custard Powder
- 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
Method
Step 1
Boil 1-liter milk in a pot and keep stirring it until milk comes to a boil.
Step 2
After a boil, add 2 tablespoons of saffron milk and keep stirring it.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 4
Add 1/2 cup sugar and keep stirring until all the sugar dissolves.
Step 5
Add 1 cup khoya, 1/2 cup dry fruits powder, and mix well.
Step 6
Take 4 teaspoons of custard powder and dilute it with milk. Add diluted custard in the milk and mix well until the kheer becomes thick.
Step 7
Add 1/2 cup condensed milk and stir it for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove.
Step 8
Serve it chilled.
