Spicy Masala Roti Recipe is a yummy soft, and Spicy Indian Flat Bread prepared with whole wheat flours and Vegetables with everyday Indian spices.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Grated Cucumber
- 1 Cup Grated Carrot
- 5 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Cup Chopped Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
Method
Step 1
In a big bowl, take 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, add 1 cup grated cucumber, 1 cup grated carrot, 5 chopped green chilies, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup coriander leaves.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, and mix well.
Step 3
Add 2 cups wheat flour and mix well.
Step 4
Add 2 teaspoon oil and mix well.
Step 5
Add 1 & 1/2 tablespoon amchur powder and mix well.
Step 6
Make balls and keep them aside.
Step 7
On a plastic sheet, apply oil and make round roti with your hand.
Step 8
Heat a pan & add oil and fry the roti on both sides.
