Palak soya Keema is a unique yet super scrumptious way to give your meals a different taste and flavor. Iron, Mineral and Protein enriched soya spinach makes a perfect side assortment to our meals. Serve with Roti.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Soya Granuals
- Chopped Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamoms
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Sticks Cinnamon
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chilies
- Few Curry Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 3 Tablespoon Curd
- 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Method
Step 1
In a cooking pan, boil 2 cups of water and add 1 teaspoon of oil.
Step 2
Once the water is boiled, add 1 cup of Soya Granules and cook it for a minute, keep it aside.
Step 3
In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon Shah Jeera, 3 cloves 2 cardamoms, 2 bay leaves, 2 sticks cinnamon, 1 chopped onion, and mix well.
Step 4
Add 2 green chilies, a few curry leaves, and sauté until the onions are slightly brown.
Step 5
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, add chopped spinach and sauté it until water is absorbed.
Step 6
Once the spinach is fried, add the pre-cooked soya granules, cook it until the granules are slightly brown.
Step 7
Once the granules change the color, add 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and mix well.
Step 8
Once all the spices are mixed well, add 3 tablespoon curd and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Now add 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi and mix well.
Step 10
Add Coriander Leaves for Garnish.
