Cooked Shredded Chicken is again cooked in masalas will enhance the curry taste. Tastes wonderful with chapati and rice too.
Ingredients (For Chicken)
- 1/2 Kg Bone Chicken
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Ingredients (For Fry)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
- 3 Chopped Green Chilies
- Few Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Kebab Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Method
Step 1
Take 1/2 Kg of bone chicken in a pot and add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix well and boil until all the water reduces.
Step 2
After the water recedes, turn off the stove and let the chicken cool down.
Step 3
Once the chicken is cold, take out the bone and make the chicken into pieces.
Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil, add 1/2 teaspoon Shah Jeera, 1/2 Cup chopped onions, 3 chopped green chilies, few curry leaves. Fry until the onions are golden brown.
Step 5
Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Step 6
Add shredded chicken.
Step 7
Add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon kebab masala, Mix well and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and add chopped Coriander Leaves.
Step 9
Mix well & turn off the stove.
