Keema Spinach recipe is a delightfully delicious recipe loaded with proteins. Palak or spinach is full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. It is loaded with almost every important nutrients.
- 500 Grams ground Chicken
- 500 Grams Spinach
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add sliced onions.
Fry until onions are light brown.
Add 1table spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, add chicken keema, and mix it well.
Add 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder, salt & mix well, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 of the spinach, mix it. Add the rest of the spinach and mix it, cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
Cook until all the water reduces and turns off the stove.
