  • 1 Kg Boneless Mutton Head
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Powder
  • 5 Teaspoons Chili Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Tamarind Water
  • 2 Teaspoon Dry Coconut Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnish


Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons oil and add 1 teaspoon shah Jeera, add 1 large chopped onion, and fry until light golden brown.

Step 2

Add 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and mix well.

Step 3

Add 1 Kg boneless mutton head meat and mix well.

Step 4

Add 5 teaspoon red chili powder, salt as per taste, and mix well.

Step 5

Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes, add some water and mix well, pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Step 6

Add 1/2 cup tomato puree, add 1/2 tamarind water, add 2 teaspoon coconut powder, and mix well.

Step 7

Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, and mix well.

Step 8

Add chopped coriander, mix well and turn off the stove.
