Thotakura is a healthy green leafy vegetable. It has more fiber and vitamins. It is good for your health . Soya is a protein-rich food. The combination of Thota Kura (amaranthus) and soya is very good.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Amarnath Leaves
- 1 Cup Soya Chunks
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Powder
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Green Chili Paste
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- Salt as per taste
Method
Step 1
Add water to a pot, add 1 cup of soya chunks in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Take it out and keep them aside.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add 1 sliced onion, and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, add 2 and 1/2 teaspoons green chili paste, and sauté it.
Step 4
Add 1 big bowl of chopped Thota Kura and mix well.
Step 5
Add 3 garlic cloves, close the lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add salt as per taste and mix well.
Step 7
Add soya chunks, mix well and cook for 5 minutes8. Mix well and turn off the stove.
