Vegetable Masala Maggi is a quick & easy Indian snack made by tossing Maggi noodles and mixed vegetables and spices. Maggi noodles’ variation is healthy and a tasty twist to the simple & plain version due to the nutrition value of fresh vegetables added to this dish.
- 4 Packets Maggi
- 7 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1/4 Cup Spring Onions
- 4 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Beans
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cabbage
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 1 cup chopped onions. Sauté well.
Add chopped spring onions, 4 chopped green chilies, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, and sauté well.
Add 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup beans, 1/4 cup capsicum, 1 cup shredded cabbage, and mix well. Sauté well for 2 minutes.
Add 4 packets of Maggi masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and mix well.
Add 7 cups of water. Mix well and boil.
Add 4 packets of Maggi and cook until Maggi is well cooked.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the stove and serve hot.
