Chicken & Potato Cutlets gives a very nice and tasty flavor, it is the combination of boiled Potato and Chicken. You can deep fry them or pan fry them, you can serve this with ketchup.
Ingredients
- 200 Grams Minced Chicken
- 2 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Kasuri Methi
- 1 Teaspoon Kebab Masala
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Mayonnaise
- Ground Oats
- 2 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl, add 200 grams minced chicken, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi, 1 teaspoon kebab masala, coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.
Step 2
Mix all together and marinate it for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Grind oats and keep them aside.
Step 4
Beat 2 eggs and keep them aside.
Step 5
Make patties with the chicken mixture. Dip the patties in beaten egg then oats powder. Take out excess oats. Keep it aside.
Step 6
Heat 3 tablespoon butter in a pan and shallow fry the chicken patties on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
