  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Mashed Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º degrees F. Lightly greases a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Step 2

In a bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 1 cup mashed ripe banana.

Step 3

Whisk well. now, add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 4

Grease the baking pan and add the bread mixture into the pan.

Step 5

Put the pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf center comes out clean.
