This Aloo toast is quick to make with simple ingredients available at home. The taste is simply delicious, with all that butter adding to taste. You can simply make them on a tawa/pan.
Ingredients
- 4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Small Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1 Medium Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Grated Carrot Coriander Leaves
- Tomato Ketchup
- Bread
- Butter
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 boiled potatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, salt as per taste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 small chopped capsicum, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 grated carrot, coriander leaves and mix all together.
Step 2
Take a bread slice and apply tomato ketchup to it.
Step 3
Now put the potato masala on top of the bread.
Step 4
Heat pan, add butter, and put all the potato masala bread slices on the pan.
Step 5
Once the bread is cooked on one side, turn it slowly and cook on the other side.
Step 6
When both the sides are well-done, take it out and serve it with tomato ketchup.
