- 500 Grams Chicken
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Chopped Onion
- 3 Green chilies
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 Cup water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Coriander Leaves
Heat 3 tablespoons oil, add 2 chopped onions and 3 green chilies. Sauté well and cook until the onions are golden brown.
Add 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, and sauté well.
Add 500 grams of chicken and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add 2 teaspoons black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add 1 cup water and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and coriander leaves.
Mix well and turn off the stove. Enjoy the pepper chicken with roti or white rice.
